Terms of Service
Last updated October 16, 2026. Education only, in plain English.
These terms are written in plain English on purpose. By applying to, paying for or using the Investor Maestro Academy membership and materials, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Investor Maestro Academy is operated by HMH Inc., d/b/a Investor Maestro Academy (“we,” “us”). Our membership and its core curriculum, Calculated Cash Flips, are taught by Wesley Harper.
2. Education only
Our membership is education. We teach concepts, processes and tools for analyzing and managing real estate projects. Nothing in the membership, on this site, in our materials or on our calls is legal, tax, financial, investment or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or finance any particular property. Talk to your own attorney, accountant, lender and other licensed professionals before making decisions.
3. Not a business opportunity, franchise or investment
When you pay for the membership, you’re buying education. You are not buying a business opportunity, franchise, territory, license to a business system, partnership interest or investment, and you are not entitled to any share of any deal or profit.
4. No deals, leads, financing or buyers
We do not provide, sell or refer properties, deals, leads, financing, lenders, buyers, contractors or other services as part of the membership. Guest speakers are independent professionals; you’re never required to work with them, and we don’t vouch for their services.
5. No promised results
Real estate investing involves risk, including the loss of some or all of the money you put in. We don’t promise or imply that you will earn any money or achieve any particular result. Examples and case studies we share are real projects shared for teaching. They are not typical, they include losses on purpose, and past results don’t predict yours. Your results depend on your decisions, your market, your money and many factors outside anyone’s control.
6. Licensing
You don’t need a real estate license to take the program. Some activities, such as negotiating or marketing property you don’t own on behalf of others, may require a license in Georgia or elsewhere. You’re responsible for complying with licensing and other laws that apply to you. Wesley Harper is a Georgia licensed real estate broker (#171177); in the program he is acting as an educator, not as your real estate agent or broker, and no agency relationship is created.
7. Price, billing and automatic renewal
Membership is $349 per month, billed in advance to the payment method you provide, on the day you join and on the same day each month after that. Your membership renews automatically every month, and you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge the monthly fee until you cancel. There is no minimum term or contract. If we ever change the price, we’ll tell you before your next billing date, and you can cancel before the change takes effect. If a payment fails, access may be paused until it’s resolved.
Founding member rate: if you join during the founding period, your $349 monthly rate stays the same as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel or your membership lapses and you rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
The optional private coaching add-on is offered by application, with limited availability. Its price and terms are provided in writing before you agree to it.
8. Cancelling and refunds
Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing info@investormaestroacademy.com; cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
New members: if the first month isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of joining for a full refund of that first payment. Other than that, monthly payments are non-refundable and we don’t prorate partial months.
9. Access
While your membership is active, you have access to the weekly live calls, the recordings library, released modules, the community and other online materials. When your membership ends, that access ends at the end of your last paid period. Calculators and checklists you’ve downloaded are yours to keep using for your own projects. Modules are released on a schedule, and we may update, add or retire materials over time; topics planned after the core curriculum may change.
10. Honest reviews welcome
You’re free to share your honest opinion of the program, positive or negative, anywhere you like. We won’t ask you to sign anything that restricts honest reviews, and we won’t pay for or offer anything in exchange for a positive one.
11. Use of our content
The lessons, recordings, calculators, checklists and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own education and your own real estate projects. Please don’t resell, republish, share logins, or use the materials to teach a competing course. Recordings of calls are for active members only; don’t record or share other members’ information or deals.
12. Community conduct
Be respectful. No harassment, spam, solicitation of other members, or sharing of other members’ private information. We may remove anyone who doesn’t follow these rules; if we end your membership for a reason other than misconduct, we’ll refund your current month.
13. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make or losses you incur in your own real estate activities, and our total liability to you for anything related to the membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Georgia law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless we both agree otherwise.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; changes won’t apply retroactively to a period you’ve already paid for without your agreement. Questions: email us, or write to HMH Inc., d/b/a Investor Maestro Academy, 1425 Market Blvd, Ste 530/242, Roswell, GA 30075.
